ইস্টার রবিবার খ্রিস্টান ধর্মাবলম্বীদের জন্য একটি পবিত্র দিন, যেদিন তারা বিশ্বাস করে যিশু খ্রিস্ট ক্রুশবিদ্ধ হওয়ার তিন দিন পর পুনরুত্থিত হন। এটি খ্রিস্টধর্মে পাপমোচন, পরিত্রাণ ও নতুন জীবনের প্রতীক হিসেবে বিবেচিত। এই দিনে খ্রিস্টানরা প্রার্থনা, বিশেষ ধর্মীয় আনুষ্ঠানিকতা, পরিবারভিত্তিক মিলনমেলা ও ইস্টার ডিম বিনিময়ের মাধ্যমে উৎসব পালন করে।

ইসলাম ধর্মে ঈসা (আঃ)-এর অবস্থান: ইসলামে যিশু খ্রিস্টকে বলা হয় ঈসা (আঃ)। তিনি আল্লাহর একজন মহৎ নবী ও রাসূল, যিনি অলৌকিকভাবে মারিয়াম (আঃ)-এর গর্ভে জন্মগ্রহণ করেন। তবে ইসলাম কখনো তাঁকে ঈশ্বরের পুত্র বা ঈশ্বরের অংশ হিসেবে স্বীকৃতি দেয় না।

ক্রুশবিদ্ধ ও পুনরুত্থান প্রসঙ্গে ইসলামের দৃষ্টিভঙ্গি: কুরআনের বর্ণনা অনুযায়ী, ঈসা (আঃ)-কে ক্রুশে বিদ্ধ করা হয়নি এবং তিনি মৃত্যুবরণও করেননি। বরং, আল্লাহ তাঁকে জীবিত অবস্থায় আসমানে তুলে নিয়েছেন।

সূরা নিসা (৪:১৫৭-১৫৮):

> “তারা বলে, ‘আমরা মারিয়ামের পুত্র ঈসা, আল্লাহর রাসূলকে হত্যা করেছি।’ অথচ তারা তাঁকে হত্যা করেনি এবং ক্রুশবিদ্ধও করেনি, বরং তাদের কাছে ব্যাপারটি বিভ্রান্তিকর করে তোলা হয়েছিল… বরং আল্লাহ তাঁকে নিজের দিকে উত্তোলন করেছেন।”

এই কারণে, ইসলামে যিশুর (ঈসা আঃ) পুনরুত্থানের ধারণা নেই এবং ইস্টার একটি ইসলামি ধর্মীয় উৎসব নয়। মুসলমানরা এটি পালন করে না। তবে ইসলাম অন্য ধর্মের প্রতি সহনশীলতা, শ্রদ্ধা ও পারস্পরিক সম্প্রীতির শিক্ষা দেয়।

Easter Sunday is a sacred day for Christians commemorating the resurrection of Jesus Christ, which they believe occurred three days after his crucifixion. It symbolizes salvation, hope, and new life. On this day, Christians engage in prayers, religious services, family gatherings, and the exchange of Easter eggs as part of the celebration.

Jesus (peace be upon him) in Islam: In Islam, Jesus is referred to as ‘Isa (peace be upon him)—a noble prophet and messenger of Allah. He was born miraculously to the Virgin Mary (Maryam) and is highly honored in Islamic teachings. However, Islam does not accept the concept of Jesus as the Son of God or divine.

Islamic perspective on crucifixion and resurrection: According to the Qur’an, Jesus (pbuh) was neither crucified nor killed. Instead, Allah raised him up alive to the heavens.

Surah An-Nisa (4:157–158):

> “They said, ‘We killed the Messiah, Jesus, son of Mary, the Messenger of Allah.’ But they did not kill him, nor did they crucify him; it was only made to appear so to them… rather, Allah raised him up to Himself.”

Therefore, Islam does not support the concept of resurrection, and Easter is not a religious celebration for Muslims. However, Islam promotes respect, tolerance, and peaceful coexistence with people of all faiths.

সমাপ্তি:
ইস্টার রবিবার খ্রিস্টান ধর্মের গুরুত্বপূর্ণ একটি উৎসব হলেও, ইসলাম ধর্মের দৃষ্টিতে এটি বিশ্বাসযোগ্য নয়। তবুও ধর্মীয় সহনশীলতা ও মানবতার কল্যাণে একে অপরের বিশ্বাসকে শ্রদ্ধা করা ইসলামের শিক্ষা।
